"AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE POSITION TITLE AND GRADE ALLOCATION, INCLUDING THE CORRESPONDING FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ATTACHED TO THE POSITION, OF PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER II, GRADE 11 TO COMPUTER OPERATOR II, GRADE 9, OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD"

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN THAT:

	SECTION 1. The position of Public Relations Officer II, Grade 11, in the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod is hereby changed to Computer Operator II, Grade 9.

	The functions, duties and responsibilities attached to the position, as changed, shall correspond to the statement of duties and responsibilities in the approved Position Classification and Pay Plan of the City.
	
	SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

ENACTED AND APPROVED by the 5th City Council of Pagadian City during its 67th Regular Session held on October 7, 1996 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall.
