RESOLUTION NO. 1994-121 "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1994-121 WHICH, IN EFFECT, REPEALS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 1994-121" WHEREAS, Appropriation Ordinance No. 1994-121 was enacted for the purpose of defraying specific expenditures therein stated; and WHEREAS, the same appropriation ordinance, per comment of the City Budget Officer, cannot be enforced in the absence of a Supplemental Budget prepared for the purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED to ordain, as it is hereby ordained, the following ordinance: CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1994-121 SECTION 1. - Appropriation Ordinance No. 1994-01 is hereby recalled and repealed considering that the same cannot be enforced in view of the absence of a Supplemental Budget necessary for the implementation of the same.
