ORDINANCE NO: 1993-120 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1993-120 BY PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR CALAMITIES AND FOR THE ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT OFFICE (EEMO) " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT: SECTION 1. - City Ordinance No. 1993-111 is hereby amended to read as follows: An Ordinance Appropriating Twenty Seven Million Eight Hundred Thousand (P27,800.00) Pesos for Various Infrastructure Development Projects and such other additional expenses of the City Government of Pagadian. SECTION 2. - The amount herein provided shall be taken from the following sources of underestimated Revenue: 1. Internal Revenue Allotment 1-1955-950 P26,518,976.00 2. Property Transfer 1-1952-200 34,000.00 3. Taxes on Motorboats & Bancas 1953-421 46,000.00 4. Zoning and Location 1957-102 22,000.00 5. Building Permit Fees 1957-110 209,024.00 6. Hospital Fees & Charges 1957-128 26,000.00 7. Profit on Sales of Forms 1957-202 79,000.00 8. Material Testing 1957-900-A 65,000.00 9. Excess of Estimated Income-EEMO 800,000.00 P27,800,000.00 SECTION 3. - The total amount made available is hereby appropriated for the following purposes, to wit: SUMMARY OF APPROPRIATION Lumpsum appropriation for 20% Development Projects - Sch.
