ORDINANCE NO: 1993-119 (Bill No. 52) "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE ZONING ENFORCEMENT BOARD AND DEFINING ITS POWERS, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT: SECTION 1. - Zoning Enforcement Board, Composition. - The Zoning Enforcement Board is hereby created which shall be composed of the City Legal Officer as Chair, and the following as members: (1) Chairperson, Committee on Laws of the Sangguniang Panlungsod; (2) Chairperson, Committee on Landed Estates of the Sangguniang Panlungsod; (3) City Engineer; and (4) City Planning and Development Coordinator/Deputized Zoning Administrator. Upon effectivity of this Ordinance, they shall assume office without need of further appointment or confirmation. SECTION 6. - Effectivity. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod on its 50th Regular Session held on December 13, 1993.
