ORDINANCE NO: 1993-115 "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET OF EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND (P800,000.00) PESOS FOR VARIOUS EXPENSE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT OFFICE" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT: SECTION 1. - This Ordinance is enacted for the purpose of supplementing the budgetary requirements of the Economic Enterprise Management Office, this City, more particularly enumerated as follows: Supplies and Materials (Acct. No. 207-000) 1. Fuel Lubricants and Brake Fluid - P75,000.00 2. Tires: a. Trucks - 22 pieces @ P7,000.00 - 154,000.00 b. Graders - 12 pieces @ P8,500.00 - 102,000.00 c. Payloader - 4 pieces @ P22,000.00 - 88,000.00 P419,000.00 Repair and Maintenance (Acct. No. 205-000) 1. Reconditioning of Payloader 545 - P30,000.00 2. Reconditioning of Dump Truck #03 - 120,000.00 3. Overhauling of Komatsu Grader - 50,000.00 4. Trucks and Heavy Equipments Repair - 81,000.00 P281,000.00 Water Illumination and Power Supply (Acct. No. 214-000) 1. Electric and Water Bills - P100,000.00 P800,000.00 SECTION 2. - The amount of Eight Hundred Thousand (P800,000.00) Pesos shall therefore be made available and appropriated for the purpose herein-above specified and shall be taken from the excess estimated income of the City as certified by the City Treasurer.
