ORDINANCE NO: 1993-106 "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWELVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY TWO PESOS & 82/100 (P12,768,222.82) FOR VARIOUS EXPENDITURES UNDER THE GENERAL FUND" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT: SECTION 1. - There is hereby made available for appropriation the amount of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Two & 82/100 (P12,768,222.82) Pesos from the following sources, to wit: 1. Year End Surplus P 10,050,722.82 2. Continuing Appropriation 2,717,500.00 Total Amount Available for Appropriation P 12,768,222.82 SECTION 2. - The sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Two Pesos & 82/100 (P12,768,222.82) is hereby appropriated for the following purposes, viz: Summary of Appropriation 1. Productivity Incentive Benefits 680,000.00 9. PERA - General Services 270,000.00 10. PAG-IBIG Contribution for Employees 20,000.00 11. Payment for Unobligated Vouchers and Payrolls 500,000.00 12. Payment for Retirement Gratuity of Mr. Zosimo R. Jamisola (CEO) 23,024.00 13. State Insurance Premium (City Agriculture) 300.00 14. Life Insurance Premium (City Agriculture) 2,200.00 15.
