RESOLUTION NO. 1993-105 WHEREAS, the City Development Council included in its infrastructure development the concreting of B. Aquino Street from junction Mercedes Street to junction Sabate Street; WHEREAS, the amount appropriated for the same is P400,000.00; WHEREAS, the approved program of work costs P500,000.00 hence, the deficiency; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to adopt the following Ordinance: CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1993-105 "AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P100,000.00) PESOS FOR THE CONCRETING OF B. AQUINO STREET FROM JUNCTION MERCEDES STREET TO JUNCTION SABATE STREET" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT: SECTION 1. - The amount of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) Pesos is hereby realigned for the concreting of B. Aquino Street from junction Mercedes Street to junction Sabate Street, the same to be taken from the following source, to wit: Widening of F. Duterte Street (Junction Rizal Avenue-Urro Street) P 100,000.00 TOTAL AMOUNT P 100,000.00 SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
