ORDINANCE NO: 1992-86 "AN ORDINANCE AUGMENTING ACCOUNT NOS. 202-000 AND 203-000 IN THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT BRANCHES I AND II OF PAGADIAN CITY RESPECTIVELY" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD THAT: SECTION 1. - The sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Eight & 20/100 (P2,378.20) Pesos is hereby made available for augmentation of Account No. 202-000 (Traveling Expenses and Fees), of Municipal Trial Court Branch I, from the following sources, to wit: Account No. 206-000 ( Other Services) P 1,000.00 Account No. 221-000 (Repair of Equipment) 700.00 Account No. 223-000 (Furniture & Equipment) 678.20 TOTAL AVAILABLE FOR AUGMENTATION P 2,378.20 SECTION 2. - The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred (P1,500.00) Pesos is hereby made available for augmentation of Account No. 203-000 (Communication Services), of Municipal Trial Court Branch II, from the following sources, to wit: Account No. 206-000 (Other Services) P 500.00 Account No. 221-000 (Repair of Equipment) 1,000.00 TOTAL AVAILABLE FOR AUGMENTATION P 1,500.00 SECTION 3. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
