ORDINANCE NO: 1992-101 Bill No. 25 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-SECTION D OF SECTION 1 AND SECTION 3 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 40, S. 1983 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AFFECTING THE SALE OF INTOXICATING DRINKS AND/OR INTOXICATING BEVERAGES IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT: SECTION 1. - Sub-Section D of Section 1 and Section 3 of City Ordinance No. 40, s. 1983, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1. - Definition of Term: d. - "Minor" means customers below the age of eighteen (18) years. Section 3. - Penal Provision - For the first offense - a fine of not less than Five Hundred (P500.00) Pesos nor more than One Thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than three (3) months nor more than six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court. - For the second offense - a suspension of the business permit of not less than three (3) months including the penalty imposed on Sub-Section "a". - For the third offense - an outright cancellation of business permit in the addition to the penalty imposed in Sub-Section "a". SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
