ORDINANCE NO: 1990-72 "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING BONIFACIO STREET (JUNCTION RIZAL AVENUE-F. JAMISOLA STREET): F. JAMISOLA STREET (JUNCTION A. BONIFACIO STREET-B. AQUINO STREET) ONE-WAY TRAFFIC STREET AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT: SECTION 1. - The following portions of A. Bonifacio Street and F. Jamisola Street are declared one-way traffic streets, to wit: A. Bonifacio Street between Rizal Avenue to F. Jamisola Street with entrance at Rizal Avenue. F. Jamisola Street from corner A. Bonifacio Street to corner B. Aquino Street with the flow or vehicular traffic going West. SECTION 2. - Penalty. - Any violation of this Ordinance shall subject the offending driver to the confiscation of his/her driver's license and the issuance of the corresponding Temporary Operator's Permit (TOP) and such other fines and penalties imposed by existing traffic rules, regulations and/or ordinances SECTION 3. - All existing ordinances inconsistent with Section 1 hereof are hereby repealed and/or modified. SECTION 4. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian City during its 36th Regular Session held on September 24, 1990 at the SP Session Hall.
