ORDINANCE NO: 1990-69 "AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING APPLICANT FOR MAYOR'S BUSINESS PERMIT TO SUBMIT A LOCATION SKETCH PLAN OF THE BUSINESS SITE" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT: ARTICLE I - PURPOSE The purpose of this Ordinance is to cause all business establishments (big or small) to be located in the proper places in accordance with our Zone Plan, Building Code and other regulating ordinances relative thereto. ARTICLE II - RULE SECTION 1. - Aside from the legal requirements in the application for Mayor's Business Permit to operate/engage in any business/trade/profession/occupation, all applicants are required to submit/attach with the application for Mayor's Business Permit a location sketch plan of the business sites and address and also to indicate thereon the adjacent store or establishment. SECTION 2. - Any person who intends to transfer his/her business site is required to notify the City Treasurer's Office and required to submit a modified location/sketch plan copy furnished the City Mayor's Office and the Office of the City Treasurer, this City. ARTICLE III - PENALTY CLAUSE SECTION 1. - Any person who knowingly, willfully, maliciously or fraudulently declare/indicate an erroneous location/address of the business site shall be a ground for automatic revocation of the Mayor's Permit issued and shall pay a fine of Two Thousand (P2,000.00) Pesos or an imprisonment at the discretion of the Court. ARTICLE IV - REPEALING CLAUSE All ordinances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified. ARTICLE V - EFFECTIVITY SECTION 1. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian City on June 11, 1990, during its 22nd Regular Session held at the SP Session Hall.
