CITY ORDINANCE NO. 49


"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING OUTSIDERS FROM ENTERING OR PASSING THROUGH THE PREMISES OR GROUNDS OF THE PAGADIAN CITY CENTRAL SCHOOL AND ALL OTHER PUBLIC SCHOOLS WITHIN THE CITY FROM SIX O'CLOCK IN THE EVENING TO FOUR THIRTY IN THE MORNING AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT:


	SECTION 1. - Definition of Terms. For purposes of this Ordinance, the following words or phrases shall mean:


      a)	OUTSIDERS	- any person/persons, regardless of age and sex not connected or employed in the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports as members of the teaching force or its security unit.
      b)	PREMISES OR GROUNDS - the area within the perimeter of the different public school campuses in the City of Pagadian.


	SECTION 2. - Prohibition. Outsiders are hereby prohibited to enter or pass through the premises or grounds of the Pagadian City Central School and all other public schools within the City from 6:00 o'clock in the evening to 4:30 in the morning, except those person or persons connected with or employed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports as members of the teaching force or its security unit assigned in the particular school.

	SECTION 3. - Penal Provision. Any person/persons caught and found guilty of violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty (P50.00) pesos and not more than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos or by an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month and not more than three (3) months or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court.

	SECTION 4. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

      ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian City, during its 36th Regular Session held on September 1, 1986 at the Session Hall.
