CITY ORDINANCE NO. 48
"AN ORDINANCE ORDERING THE RENUMBERING OF ALL RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS/BUILDINGS IN THE ELEVEN (11) DISTRICTS OF PAGADIAN CITY AND FIXING THE RATE OF VALUE OF THE HOUSE PLATE NUMBER"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT:
SECTION 1. - All residential, commercial, and industrial houses/buildings/establishments in the eleven (11) districts of Pagadian City must be renumbered.
SECTION 2. - The City Assessor is hereby ordered to supervise the renumbering in coordination with the Barangay Captains of the eleven (11) districts in Pagadian City.
SECTION 3. - The eleven (11) districts covered by this Ordinance are: BALANGASAN, GATAS, STA. LUCIA, SAN JOSE, STA. MARIA, SAN FRANCISCO, SANTIAGO, SAN PEDRO, LUMBIA, KAWIT, AND TUBURAN.
SECTION 4. - Numbered plates shall be issued to the house/building or establishment owners at Nine (P9.00) Pesos each, which will be paid to the City Assessor or his duly authorized representative who will issue the corresponding official receipt pertaining thereto.
SECTION 5. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian City, during its 41st Regular Session held on October 6, 1986 at the Session Hall.
