CITY ORDINANCE NO. 45
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 36, SERIES 1982"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT:
SECTION 1. - Section 4 of City Ordinance No. 36, s. 1982 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 4. - EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
A. An Executive Committee to be composed of the City Mayor or his authorized representative as Chairman, with the Sangguniang Panlungsod members, the City Development Officer, the Human Settlements Officer (HSO), the City Administrator/Planning Coordinator, the City Engineer, and the City Treasurer as members, shall be operationalized, to exercise the powers and functions of the Sangguniang Panlungsod sa Pagpapaunlad when it is not in session, provided, that all actions or resolutions taken by the Executive Committee shall be submitted to the ensuing Board Session for ratification.
B. A quorum shall be constituted in the Executive Committee meeting should there be an attendance of fifty (50%) per cent of its members plus one (1).
SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
