CITY ORDINANCE NO. 44
"AN ORDINANCE DECLARING ANDRES BONIFACIO STREET FROM CORNER RAMON MAGSAYSAY AVENUE UP TO CORNER FAUSTINO JAMISOLA STREET AS "ONE-WAY TRAFFIC" STREET AND DESIGNATING AS THE WESTERN PORTION THEREOF "PARKING AREA" FOR EASTBOUND TRICYCLES AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT:
SECTION 1. Bonifacio Street from corner Ramon Magsaysay Avenue up to corner Faustino Jamisola Street is declared as "ONE-WAY TRAFFIC" Street from 6:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. and vehicular traffic should flow from corner Bonifacio-R. Magsaysay Streets up to corner Bonifacio-Jamisola Streets only.
SECTION 2. The Western side of area designated as "ONE-WAY TRAFFIC" Street is declared as the "PARKING AREA" of all Eastbound passenger tricycles.
SECTION 3. Single diagonal parking of tricycles on the western side of the portion declared as "ONE-WAY TRAFFIC" Street should be observed.
SECTION 4. Any person or persons found violating any provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be made to pay a fine of Fifty (P50.00) Pesos.
SECTION 5. All ordinances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian City during its 12th Regular Session on March 18, 1985.
