CITY ORDINANCE NO. 42
"AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL MOVIE OPERATORS TO CHARGE A FIVE (P0.05) CENTAVO ENTRANCE FEE FOR THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS COUNCIL FUND DRIVE"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT:
SECTION 1. All movie operators of Pagadian City are hereby required to charge an additional Five (P0.05) Centavo entrance fee to all movie goers.
SECTION 2. The Pagadian City Sports Council is hereby authorized to supervise and collect the additional Five (P0.05) Centavo fee for its athletic fund drive.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on September 15, 1984 and shall terminate on January 15, 1985.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod during its 34th Regular Session held on September 3, 1984.
