CITY ORDINANCE NO. 38
"AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE OF PAGADIAN CITY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN THAT:
SECTION 1. - There is hereby created the Office of the City Health of Pagadian City.
SECTION 2. - The City Health Office shall be headed by the City Health Officer with an annual compensation of Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Six (P30,636.00) Pesos.
SECTION 3. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod during its 9th Regular Session on February 28, 1983.
