ORDINANCE NO. 19
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF VETOED BILL NO. 14, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CLOSING THAT PORTION OF CABRERA STREET STARTING FROM CORNER BONIFACIO STREET TO CORNER ALANO STREET TO PU BUSES, JEEPS AND OTHER VEHICLES"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 1 is hereby amended to read thus:
"Section 1. - That portion of Cabrera Street fronting Atty. Juanito Tagabucba's residence up to corner Bonifacio - Cabrera Streets is hereby declared closed to public utility buses, jeeps and other vehicles."
SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, this City, on July 5, 1978, at the Session Hall during its 7th Regular Session.
