ORDINANCE NO. 18
"AN ORDINANCE CREATING LIAISON OFFICER IN THE CITY MAYOR'S OFFICE AND FUNDING THE SAME"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created the position of Liaison Officer in the City Mayor's Office.
SECTION 2. The Liaison Officer shall receive a salary of P350.00 per month and emergency living allowance of P50.00.
SECTION 3. Three Thousand Six Hundred (P3,600.00) Pesos is appropriated to fund the position from April 1 to December 31, 1978.
Salary from April 1 to December 31, 1978 P3,150.00
Emergency Living Allowance @ P50.00/month 450.00
Total Appropriation P3,600.00
SECTION 4. The Three Thousand Six Hundred (P3,600.00) Pesos shall be taken from the following sources:
Unappropriated balance P685.00
Reversion from:
Salary of Chief of Hospital for March 1-31, 1978 1,331.00
Salary of unfilled position of Statistician, CPDS, from January 1 to March 31, 1978 1,584.00
Total Reversion P3,600.00
SECTION 5. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, this City, on April 3, 1978.
