ORDINANCE NO. 17
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1 & 2 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 15, S. 1978, KNOWN AS "AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE POSITION ASSISTANT CHIEF OF MARKET AND SLAUGHTERHOUSE AND CONVERTING THE SAME TO THE POSITION OF CLERK AT THE CITY TREASURER'S OFFICE AND THE POSITION OF STITCHER-HELPER AT THE CITY FISCAL'S OFFICE AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 1 is hereby amended to read:
"Section 1. - The position Assistant Chief of Market and Slaughterhouse shall be retained but not funded."
SECTION 2. Two (2) positions are hereby created:
Clerk - To record collection of the Market and Slaughterhouse, City Treasurer's Office.
Stitcher-Helper - Office of the City Mayor.
SECTION 3. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, this City, on February 6, 1978.
