ORDINANCE NO. 16
"AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A CERTIFICATE FEE OF THREE PESOS ON ANY OF THE FOUR ZONING CERTIFICATES PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY THAT:
SECTION 1. The Zoning Administrator by virtue of City Ordinance No. 13, s. 1978 which establishes Comprehensive Zoning Regulations for Pagadian City is required to issue any of the following certificates prior to the issuance of a building permit by the building officials:
a. Certificate of Zoning Compliance
b. Certificate of Non-Conforming Use
c. Certificate of Exception
d. Certificate of Variance
SECTION 2. A fee of Three (P3.00) Pesos is imposed upon issuance of any of the above-mentioned certificates.
SECTION 3. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, this City, during its 2nd Regular Session on February 6, 1978.
