ORDINANCE NO. 11
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 3 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 10, S. 1977, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSONS FROM INTRODUCING AND/OR CONSTRUCTING IMPROVEMENTS OR BUILDINGS AT THE BURNED AREA OF STA. LUCIA DISTRICT AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10, s. 1977 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION (1) - Any person, persons or entity are hereby prohibited from introducing any improvements or from constructing any building made of either permanent or light materials within the burned area of Sta. Lucia District as defined below:
The burned herein referred to is bounded on the North by Ramon Magsaysay Avenue; on the South by Tulingan Road (now Marcelo Dablo St.); on the East by Mabini St.; and on the West by Araullo Street.
Provided, that the City Government has the sole authority to build, construct, or allow the erection of temporary structure within the subject area for market revenue purposes under prescribed specifications."
SECTION 2. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 10, s. 1977 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 3 - All ordinances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly."
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
