ORDINANCE NO. 4
"AN ORDINANCE DECLARING A PORTION OF ANDRES BONIFACIO STREET FROM ITS CORNER AT RAMON MAGSAYSAY AVENUE UP TO ITS CORNER AT FAUSTINO JAMISOLA STREET A "ONE WAY TRAFFIC" STREET AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN THAT:
SECTION 1. Bonifacio Street from its corner at Magsaysay Avenue up to its corner of Jamisola Street is hereby declared a "ONE WAY TRAFFIC" Street. No vehicular traffic of any kind is allowed to flow from its corner at Jamisola Street down to Magsaysay Avenue.
SECTION 2. Single diagonal parking for motorized tricycles and light vehicles is allowed on the Western side of the portion declared as "ONE WAY TRAFFIC STREET". Parking time is however, limited to Twenty (20) Minutes.
SECTION 3. Loading and unloading is allowed within the area.
SECTION 4. Any person or persons violating any provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by an imprisonment of not less than Five (5) days nor more than Ten (10) days, or by a fine in the sum of not less than Twenty-Five Pesos (P25.00) but not more than Fifty Pesos (P50.00) or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 5. Ordinance No. 3, s. 1976, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
