ORDINANCE NO. 2


"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 31, SERIES OF 1974"

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN THAT:


      SECTION 1.- Section 2, of Ordinance No. 31 series of 1974, is hereby amended to read as follows:


           "Section 2. - Passenger buses, trucks and jeepneys without a licensed terminal of their own are required to load and unload their passengers and cargoes within the Parking Area so designated in Section 1, hereof. No passenger buses, trucks, and jeepneys are allowed to solicit and/or accept passengers, within the center of the Poblacion bounded on the North by Cabrera Street; on the East by Juan Alano and on the West by Araullo Street, except within their terminal or at the City Parking Area.


           However, in the case of cargoes consisting of agricultural and marine products destined for sale in the Public Market of the City, their unloading directly at the public market is hereby allowed."

	SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.


      ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian, during its 14th Regular Session on March 19, 1975, at the Session Hall.


      APPROVED by His Honor, the City Mayor, this City, on March 25, 1975.
