ORDINANCE NO. 14
"AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE SUBSISTENCE OF PRISONERS PER CAPITA PER DAY FROM ONE (P1.00) PESO TO ONE PESO AND 50/100 (P1.50) PESOS PER DAY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1.- The subsistence of prisoner per capita per day is increased from P1.00 to P1.50.
SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to reflect in the budget for the Fiscal Year 1974-1975 the necessary appropriation corresponding to the increase herein envisioned.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 1974.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian, during its 33rd Regular Session on July 17, 1974 at the Session Hall.
APPROVED by His Honor, the City Mayor, this City, on July 18, 1974.
