ORDINANCE NO. 4
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON(S) FROM INTRODUCING AND/OR CONSTRUCTING IMPROVEMENTS OR BUILDINGS AT THE BURNED AREA OF SANTA LUCIA DISTRICT AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. Any person(s) is or are hereby prohibited from introducing any improvements or from constructing any building made of either permanent or light materials within the burned area of Santa Lucia District as defined below:
The burned area herein referred to is bounded on the North by Ramon Magasaysay Avenue; on the South by Tulingan Road; on the East by Mabini Street; and on the West by Araullo Street.
SECTION 2. Any person convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos but not more than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos or shall suffer an imprisonment of not less than thirty (30) days but not more than ninety (90) days.
SECTION 3. Any ordinance or provisions thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance is or are hereby amended or repealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian, during its 1st Special Session on February 13, 1973, at the Session Hall, Pagadian City.
