ORDINANCE NO. 4
"AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE SAN FRANCISCO DISTRICT AND RECOGNIZING THE SAME AS THE DISTRICT OF PAGADIAN CITY WITH POWERS AND ATTRIBUTES GRANTED TO IT BY EXISTING LAWS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created the San Francisco District of Pagadian City with powers and attributes granted to it by existing laws.
SECTION 2. The District of San Francisco is described and bounded as follows:
Bounded on the NORTH by Arellano Street;
On the WEST by Mabini Street; on the
SOUTH by the National Highway; and on
The EAST by Maria Basas Street
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian during its 10th Regular Session on February 21, 1972.
APPROVED by His Honor, the City Mayor, on February 23, 1972.
