ORDINANCE NO. 35
"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS AT THE OLD PUBLIC MARKET AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. Any person who had been granted the right and privilege to construct their temporary building and/or to conduct temporarily their business activity around the burned Old Public Market must adhere to the conditions and limitations embodied in Resolution Nos. 83 and 93, series of 1972.
CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS:
1. That no cooking shall be made in their respective stores.
2. That no toilet or comfort room shall be constructed thereat.
3. That said store shall not be used as sleeping quarters for the members of the family except a duly designated watchman for guard by the owner of the store.
SECTION 2. Any person found violating any of the above conditions and limitations embodied in the said Resolutions No. 83 and 93, series of 1972, shall be penalized with imprisonment of not more than ten (10) days or a fine of Twenty Five (P25.00) Pesos, or both such imprisonment and fine at the discretion of the Court, in addition to the demolition of the offending construction at his/her expense and the revocation and cancellation of his business permit and license.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian, during its 54th Regular Session on November 8, 1972.
