ORDINANCE NO. 3
"AN ORDINANCE RECREATING THE POSITION OF LEGAL OFFICER IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR WITHOUT APPROPRIATION"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The position of Legal Officer in the Office of the City Mayor which was abolished per Ordinance No. 27, series of 1971, is hereby recreated in the same office without appropriation.
SECTION 2. The compensation of the Legal Officer shall be Five Thousand (P5,000.00) Pesos monthly chargeable against the Discretionary Fund of the Office of the Mayor covering the period from January 3 to June 30, 1972, inclusive.
SECTION 3. That the Legal Officer shall not be prohibited to handle private cases provided the same shall not be in conflict with the duties of his office.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian during its 10th Regular Session on February 21, 1972.
