ORDINANCE NO. 1
"AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF THE POSITION OF CORRESPONDENTS AND RECORDS CLERK IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE 1971-1972 BUDGET TO STENOGRAPHER-TYPIST OF THE SAME OFFICE"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The designation of Correspondence and Records Clerk in the Office of the City Mayor as provided for in the 1971-1972 Budget is hereby changed to Stenographer-Typist of the same Office.
SECTION 2. The salary appropriation for the position herein referred to shall remain the same as provided in the Current Budget and Plantilla of Personnel.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian during its 7th Regular Session on February 7, 1972.
