ORDINANCE NO. 5
"AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND (P5,000.00) PESOS FROM THE UNEXPENDED APPROPRIATION IN THE VARIOUS OFFICES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN TO THE GENERAL FUND AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME FOR PAYMENT OF THE PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT ON THE DAILY WAGE BASIS"
WHEREAS, this August Body so desires that in the interest and continuity of good public services; to give and extend due justice to every constituent among the personnel employed by the City Government on the daily wage basis (casuals) in further extending their employment by the continuity of their services to the City Government.
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City Board of Pagadian, that:
SECTION 1. The amount of Five Thousand (P5,000.00) Pesos is hereby reverted from the unexpended appropriation in the various offices of the City Government of Pagadian to the general fund of the City.
SECTION 2. The reversion of the amount of Five Thousand (P5,000.00) Pesos be appropriated for payment of the personnel employed by the City Government on the daily wage basis (casuals).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED by the City Board of Pagadian at its Regular Session on February 2, 1970.
APPROVED by His Honor, the Mayor, on February 27, 1970.
