ORDINANCE NO. 40
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE (P13,679.00) PESOS FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO BE MADE AVAILABLE AS ADDITIONAL COUNTERPART OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE "JJ" ROADS WITHIN THE CITY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be made available as additional counterpart of the City Government for the maintenance of the "JJ" Roads within the City.
SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to make the corresponding supplemental budget for the purpose afore-stated.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian during its 15th Special Session on December 29, 1970.
