ORDINANCE NO. 37
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE THOUSAND (P3,000.00) PESOS FROM THE GENERAL FUND AS INITIAL BARRIO AID OF SANTIAGO DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SANTIAGO PRIMARY SCHOOL BUILDING AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ALANO STREET FROM THE SANTIAGO CHAPEL TO THE SANTIAGO PRIMARY SCHOOL BUILDING SITE"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund the sum of Three Thousand (P3,000.00) Pesos as initial Barrio Aid of Santiago District to be utilized for the construction of the Santiago Primary School Building and the construction of the Alano Street from the Santiago Chapel to the Santiago Primary School site.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian during its 12th Session on December 11, 1970.
