ORDINANCE NO. 35
"AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY FISCAL AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE 1970-1071 CITY ANNUAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO CHIEF CLERK OF THE SAME OFFICE AND CARRYING THE SAME RATE OF COMPENSATION"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The designation of the position of Administrative Officer in the Office of the City Fiscal as provided for in the 1970-1971 City Annual General Fund Budget is hereby changed to Chief Clerk of the same office and carrying the same rate of compensation.
SECTION 2. Any increment or adjustment in compensation made to the changed or converted position is hereby made available as increment or adjustment to the new position.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian during its 12th Regular Session on December 9, 1970.
