ORDINANCE NO. 34
"AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 4, S. 1961"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 4, s. 1961, prohibiting the showing of all kinds of advertisement slides on the movie screen is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian during its 12th Session on December 7, 1970.
