ORDINANCE NO. 3
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND (P15,000.00) PESOS FOR THE PEACE AND ORDER CAMPAIGN DRIVE IN THE BARRIOS OF PAGADIAN CITY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The amount of Fifteen Thousand (P15,000.00) Pesos is hereby appropriated from the General Fund which is otherwise not appropriated for the purchase of high caliber firearms.
SECTION 2. The firearms thus procured shall be distributed by the City Mayor in coordination with the Chief of Police and the City Treasurer, to the different barrios of the City of Pagadian through their respective barrio governement.
SECTION 3. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to prepare the necessary supplemental budget in order to carry out this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
ENACTED by the City Board of Pagadian during its Regular Session on January 21, 1970.
