ORDINANCE NO. 28
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2, OF ORDINANCE NO. 21, C.S. UNDER OUTLAYS, PARTICULARLY "TRANSFER TO PUBLIC WORKS ORDINANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P6,500.00) PESOS"; SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 22, C.S. CARRYING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE PESOS (P307,235.00) TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE (P313,235.00) PESOS TO COVER EXPENDITURES FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS OF CITY STREETS AND BRIDGES AND PROVIDING COUNTERPART OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE J.J. ROADS WITHIN THE CITY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 21, s. of 1970 "Transfer to the Public Works Ordinance. . . . P6,500.00" is hereby amended to read as follows:
The amount of SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P6,500.00) is hereby transferred and made available to the Road and Bridge Fund.
SECTION 2. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 22, s. 1970 is hereby amended to read as follows:
The amount of THREE HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE (P307,235.00) PESOS is hereby transferred and made available to the Road and Bridge Fund.
SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the Road and Bridge Fund as referred to in Sections 1 and 2 hereof the amount of Fifty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Six (P59,696.00) Pesos as counterpart of the City Government for the maintenance of the J.J. roads within the City.
SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated out of the Road and Bridge Fund as referred to in Sections 1 and 2 hereof the amount of P14,000.00 for the development of the Balangasan Water Works System.
SECTION 5. There is hereby appropriated the amount of One Hundred Forty Thousand (P140,000.00) Pesos to cover the maintenance of all City Streets listed hereunder, to wit:
1. Victoriano Mapa Street
2. G. Lopez Jaena Street
3. Ceferino De Leon Street
4. E. De Siete Street
5. C. Arellano-Cemetery Street
6. Antonio Salazar Street
7. Hermogenes Broca Street
8. F. Valera Mercedez Street
9. Santa Lucia Street
10. San Pedro Street
11. Tulingan Street
12. San Pedro-Kawit Road
13. Danlugan-Tulangan Road
14. Baltazar Street
15. M. Araullo Street
16. La Solidaridad Street
17. Zulueta Street
18. Freedom Street
19. Andres Bonifacio Street
20. Sikatuna Street
21. Lapu-lapu Street
22. Francisco Roxas Street
23. Maria Basa Street
24. Nangka-Ditoray Road
25. Camalig-Lala-Danlugan Road
26. Tiguma-Linienza Road
27. And Other Streets and Roads within the City of Pagadian
SECTION 6. There is hereby appropriated the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND THIRTY NINE PESOS (P100.039.00) to cover the expenditures for construction and improvement of City Streets and Bridges and Spring development projects listed hereunder, to wit:
1. Jct. National Highway to San Pedro Market
2. Bulatok Bridge (within San Pedro-Kawit Road)
3. Kawit Muricay Road
4. Tiguma Bridge
5. Asphalting of Arellano Street to Cemetery
6. Asphalting of De Leon Street
7. Asphalting of Lopez Jaena Street
8. Napolan River Spillway
9. Spring Development of Lumbia
10. Other Streets and Bridges and Spring Development Projects within the City of Pagadian.
SECTION 7. Any ordinance or provisions inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby modified or amended.
SECTION 8. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian during its 13th Special Session on August 28, 1970.
