ORDINANCE NO. 26
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM ANY AVAILABLE FUND OF THE TREASURY OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN THE AMOUNT OF ELEVEN THOUSAND (P11,000.00) PESOS AS COUNTERPART TO THE PACD FUND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SAN PEDRO BARRIO WATERWORKS SYSTEM"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from any available fund of the treasury of the city of Pagadian the amount of Eleven Thousand (P11,000.00) Pesos as counterpart to the PACD Fund for the development of the San Pedro Barrio Waterworks System.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the City Board of Pagadian during its 13th Special Session on August 28, 1970.
APPROVED by His Honor, the Mayor, on September 3, 1970.
