ORDINANCE NO. 25
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11, SERIES OF 1968 AND ORDINANCE NO. 13, SERIES OF 1969, ENFORCING THE CURFEW HOUR AND PROHIBITING PERSONS AND VEHICLES FROM GOING AROUND THE CITY OF PAGADIAN FROM 12:00 O'CLOCK IN THE EVENING TO 2:30 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The curfew hour in the Municipality of Pagadian shall be from 12:00 o' clock in the evening to 2:30 o' clock in the morning.
SECTION 2. No person or vehicle is allowed to go around the Municipality of Pagadian from 12:00 o' clock in the evening to 2:30 o' clock at dawn.
SECTION 3. The following are exempt from observing the curfew hour prescribed in Section 1 hereof:
a. persons attending political rallies;
b. persons returning home from movies;
c. passengers and buses arriving at Pagadian from other places;
d. physicians, nurses and priests attending to their call of duty;
e. people on emergency who go out of their houses to look for doctors, priests or police officers.
SECTION 4. Any ordinance or part thereof whose provision is inconsistent or contrary to this Ordinance is hereby repealed or amended.
SECTION 5. Any person convicted for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Ten (P10.00) Pesos nor more than Thirty (P30.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than five (5) days nor more than fifteen (15) days or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
