"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL CITY BUDGET NO. 4 OF THE CITY GENERAL FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1969-1970 CARRYING AN APPROPRIATION OF TWENTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE AND 33/100 (P23,953.33) FROM ESTIMATED REVENUE OF THE �% AND 1% CITY SALES TAX TO COVER EXPENDITURES FOR MANDATORY OBLIGATIONS, VERY ESSENTIAL SERVICES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT AND OTHER OUTLAYS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby provided as estimated revenue for the fiscal year 1969-1970 from the �% and 1% sales tax on essential and non-essential goods in the amount of P24,000.00 broken down as follows:
