ORDINANCE NO. 11
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SMOKING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, INSIDE THEATERS OR MOVIEHOUSES AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. No movie goer shall smoke inside in an air-conditioned theater or moviehouse except in the comfort room, lobby, and in non air-conditioned theater or moviehouse.
SECTION 2. No movie goer shall place his feet at the back of the seats of spectators inside the theater or moviehouse.
SECTION 3. No person shall make unnecessary noise or disturbance inside the theater or moviehouse.
SECTION 4. Any person or persons convicted by the Court for violation of any provisions of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Five (P5.00) Pesos but not more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than three (3) days but not more than twenty (20) days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 5. Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED by the City Board of Pagadian during its Regular Session on March 18, 1970.
