ORDINANCE NO. 10
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND (P1,000.00) PESOS TO BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE SURVEY COST OF BARRIO SCHOOL SITES OF KAHAYAGAN, LOURDES AND LISON VALLEY OF PAGADIAN CITY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The amount of One Thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any available funds existing in the City Treasury to be made available for the survey cost of barrio school sites at Kahayagan, Lourdes and Lison Valley of this City.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
ENACTED by the City Board of Pagadian during at its Regular Session on February 20, 1970.
APPROVED by His Honor, the Mayor, on March 3, 1970.
