ORDINANCE NO. 2
"AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (P1,948.00) PESOS FROM THE DISCRETIONARY FUND OF THE MAYOR TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The amount of One Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Eight (P1,948.00) Pesos is hereby reverted from the discretionary fund of the Mayor to the General Fund of the City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
ENACTED by the City Board of Pagadian, on August 4, 1969.
APPROVED by His Honor, the Mayor, on September 5, 1969.
