ORDINANCE NO. 18
"AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING ALL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS TO PREPARE OR MAKE THEIR SALES INVOICE IN TRIPLICATE AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. All business establishments in the City of Pagadian are hereby directed to prepare or make their sales invoice in triplicate to be distributed and/or issued as follows:
a. Original to customers
b. duplicate for the City Treasurer
c. triplicate for the establishment's file
SECTION 2. For purposes of this Ordinance "Sales Invoice" refers to charge or cash invoice.
SECTION 3. Any person, proprietor, manager or in-charge of any business establishment found guilty for violation of this Ordinance shall suffer an imprisonment of not less than thirty (30) days but not more than sixty (60) days or to pay a fine of not less than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos but not more than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
