"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL FUND CITY BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED SIXTY NINE AND NINETEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY (1969-1970) IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND (P668,000.00) PESOS AS ESTIMATED REVENUES OR INCOME; AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE AND 57/100 (P642,455.57) PESOS TO COVER EXPENDITURES FOR MANDATORY OBLIGATIONS, VERY ESSENTIAL SERVICES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT INCLUDING OTHER OUTLAYS, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PLANTILLA OF PERSONNEL THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby provided as estimated revenues or income for the fiscal year 1969-1970 the amount of Six Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand (P668,000.00) Pesos.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated the amount of Six Hundred Forty Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Five and 57/100 (P642,455.57) Pesos to cover an expenditures for mandatory obligations, very essential services of the City Government and other outlays.
SECTION 3. There is hereby provided the plantilla of personnel of the City Government of Pagadian City, payable under the General Fund with the corresponding appropriations for the fiscal year 1969-1970.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 1970.
