ORDINANCE NO. 15
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FIVE THOUSAND (P5,000.00) PESOS OUT OF ANY FUNDS OTHERWISE UNAPPROPRIATED IN THE CITY TREASURY TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO COVER PER DIEMS AND OTHER RELATED TRAVELING EXPENSES OF CITY OFFICIALS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The sum of Five Thousand (P5,000.00) Pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby appropriated out of any funds otherwise unppropriated in the City Treasury.
SECTION 2. The amount so appropriated in Section 1 must be made available to cover per diems and other related traveling expenses of City Officials.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
