ORDINANCE NO. 12
"AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT AUDITOR AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS FOR SALARY THEREFOR"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The position of Assistant City Auditor is hereby created which shall be filled by appointment by the City Mayor. The Assistant Auditor must be a Certified Public Accountant and shall have passed appropriate examination that may be required under the Civil Service Law.
SECTION 2. The Assistant City Auditor shall receive a salary of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P4,800.00) per annum.
SECTION 3. The City Treasurer is directed to prepare the necessary supplemental budget to carry out the provision of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
