ORDINANCE NO. 7


"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING MOTOR VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS OR PERSONS FROM CAUSING HINDRANCE TO FIREMEN DURING CONFLAGRATION AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"


	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:

	SECTION 1. It is unlawful and strictly prohibited for any driver of motor vehicles to cause hindrance to firemen and/or to their fire trucks in the performance of their duties in fighting the fire.

      SECTION 2.	 It is unlawful and strictly prohibited for any pedestrian or person to cause hindrance to firemen and/or to their fire fighting equipment by their being within the road or the premises of the burning building.


      SECTION 3.	 It is unlawful and strictly prohibited for any pedestrian or person to be within the premises of a burning building One Hundred (100) meters from the burning building.


      SECTION 4.	 Any driver, pedestrian or person convicted by the Court for violation of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos nor more than One Hundred (P100.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court.


      SECTION 5.	 Any ordinance or part thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby amended or repealed.


      SECTION 6.	 This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
