ORDINANCE NO. 6
"AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SMOKING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, INSIDE MOVIE HOUSES AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. No movie goer shall smoke inside the movie house except in the comfort room and lobby.
SECTION 2. No movie goer shall place his feet at the back of the seats of spectators, inside the movie house.
SECTION 3. No person shall make unnecessary noise or disturbance inside the movie house.
SECTION 4. Any person or persons convicted by the Court for violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall pay a fine of not less than Five (P5.00) Pesos nor more than Fifty (P50.00) Pesos or suffer an imprisonment of not less than three (3) days nor more than twenty (20) days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
