ORDINANCE NO. 34
"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (P1,200.00) PESOS OUT OF THE TEN (10%) PERCENT POBLACION BARRIO FUND ALLOTMENT FOR THE OPERATION OF THE DANLUGAN BARRIO HIGH SCHOOL AT DANLUGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN, THAT:
SECTION 1. The amount of One Thousand Two Hundred (P1,200.00) Pesos be, as it is hereby appropriated out of the ten (10%) percent poblacion barrio fund share, for the operation of the Danlugan Barrio High School at Danlugan, this Municipality.
SECTION 2. The Municipal Treasurer of Pagadian shall prepare the corresponding supplemental budget for this allotment.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
